Are your products intended for human or animal use?
No. All products offered by Revival Peptides are provided strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal use, including ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other form of administration. Our products are NOT FDA approved. Our materials are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or medical use.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research Use Only means a product is intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory applications, including in-vitro analysis and analytical research. These materials are not intended for use in or on humans or animals.
Do you provide dosing or reconstitution instructions?
No. Revival Peptides does not provide guidance related to dosage, reconstitution, preparation, administration, or usage. Such information would be inconsistent with our research-only standards and compliance policies.
How are your products tested?
Our compounds undergo analytical testing methods such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to support quality verification. Certificates of Analysis are made available for transparency and reference. You may go to the Freedom Diagnostics website (https://freedomdiagnosticstesting.com), then click on COA lookup. Next, enter the corresponding COA number into the search box.
How do I place an order?
Orders may be completed directly through our secure online checkout. A purchase is considered complete once payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the strict quality control standards maintained by Revival Peptides, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on peptide products once an order has been processed or delivered.
What is the processing time?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MST), Monday–Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are handled the next business day.
What shipping carriers do we offer?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. P.O. Box deliveries are fulfilled through USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Overnight shipping is available at checkout. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
Shipment details and tracking information are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, a $10 reshipment fee will apply.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information, as they are best equipped to provide real-time updates and delivery details.
If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team with your order information. Revival Peptides will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
